Reviews arrive one at a time, each needing a reply that sounds human, matches the brand, answers what the reviewer actually said, and doesn't accidentally create a liability. Ten minutes each, thirty backed up, and the batch slides for another week — until the newest reply on the profile is from last spring, which reads worse than none. For an agency the problem multiplies across a client roster, and the risk sharpens: replies are public and permanent, so cautious operators in dental, legal and financial niches write nothing rather than risk confirming a patient's treatment or admitting fault in writing. This app takes a batch of pasted reviews and returns a reply for each, in the business's own tone, with the risky ones flagged before they are posted.

P2 tier — the buyer supplies their own API key. ANTHROPIC_API_KEY is REQUIRED; the generate route returns a 'Set your API key in .env.local' message and NEVER silently falls back to demo data. A user-initiated 'See a sample reply set' button renders seed/examples.json client-side, clearly labelled as sample output — a preview only, never wired into the API route.

• Agency — Add the vertical vault: extra done-for-you preset packs with escalation rules per niche, additional tone profiles and export skins, so every new client starts from a preset instead of a blank tone.
• Done-for-you — A done-for-you reputation kit: onboarding scripts, client-facing report templates and a starter library of preset packs and swipes to resell the service. Any recurring option must state the amount, interval, first renewal date and cancellation method before the button.
